As Day of Coordinator, we coordinate the details and logistics of your wedding day to make sure that everything you’ve spent months planning is executed exactly how you’ve envisioned it.

- Attend Rehearsal
- Keep event on timeline
- Cake
- Speeches
- Bouquet toss/ Garter belt
- Dances (first dance/father-daughter/mother-son)
- Send off
- Accounted for
- Wedding Party
- Officiant
- Rings
- Photographer/ Videographer
- Music/Band
- Set up of
- Ceremony location
- Reception area
- Direct guest to reception area
- Bustle dress for reception
- Announcer, if needed
- Lighting
- Resolve any unforeseen issues that arise, within reason.
Planning Support: $1100.00

- Up to 6 hours of planning assistance.
- This will be set up into 6 – 1 hour sessions or 3 – 2 hour sessions.
- This will also include the Day of Coordinator service to make sure your day is what you dreamed it would be.
Decorating Assistance: $300.00
- Advise with table layout
- Assist with Centerpieces
- Draping fabric
- Place signage
- Guestbook table set up
- Prepare cake table
- Organize photobooth
- Arrange gift table
- Set up games
Parking Attendant: $200.00
- Make sure cars are parked in parking area properly.
- Assist in making sure guest are transported to the barn if needed.
- 2 Hours prior to ceremony
- 2 Hours past cake service
Clean up: $500.00
- Trash: Eliminate all the trash from around the wedding venue, including removing decorations, bathroom trash, food trash, and anything left around that should be thrown away.
- Furniture: Help to folding, stack, and store chairs and tables.
- Food: There are plenty of dishes and cups after weddings, so cleaning services will handle that as well. They may also help with packing up food or disposing of it properly. They will also ensure that kitchen surfaces, sinks, and working tops are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized.
- Collecting lost items: It is easy for many things get left behind. We will package up forgotten items and get them to you
- Bathrooms: Clean the bathrooms, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Walls: Whether you stuck flowers to your walls or that cake you threw in each other’s faces was splattered all over it, walls need to be spot cleaned after a wedding.
- Floors: Most importantly, the floors of a wedding venue swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
