Simple, Flexible Wedding Packages
We offer full-weekend wedding rentals, single-day options, and weekday packages to give you plenty of time for setup, rehearsal, celebration, and clean-up. Every package includes full access to the property during your reserved time, so your wedding never feels rushed.

Friday or Sunday Only — $2,500
• Full access for ceremony + reception
• 10 hours of venue use

Saturday Only — $3,500
• Full access for ceremony + reception
• 10 hours of venue use

​Full Weekend Wedding Package — $4,700
• Friday: Set-up & rehearsal
• Saturday: Wedding & reception
• Sunday: Relaxed clean-up
• No-rush, full-weekend access
Weekday Wedding Packages
Monday–Thursday Single Day — $1,500
• 10 hours of venue access
• Ideal for intimate weddings and elopements
• Less than 30 people
 
2-Day Weekday Wedding Package — $2,500
Includes 2 consecutive weekdays (Monday–Thursday).
• Day 1: Set-up & Rehearsal
• Day 2: Ceremony, reception & Clean-up
This package is perfect for couples seeking a quieter date, a smaller gathering, or a more budget-friendly celebration.
Weekday weddings are beautiful, intimate, and wonderfully relaxed.
Non-Wedding Event Pricing
​Perfect for birthday parties, showers, reunions, anniversaries, graduation parties & more.
Hourly Rentals (4-hour minimum):
  • Monday–Thursday: $75/hr
  • Friday or Sunday: $200/hr
  • Saturday: $300/hr
*Customized packages are available for unique or extended events.

Reservation Details (Please Read Carefully)
For weddings or large events:
Payments & Deposits
  • $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your date (applied toward your total balance)
  • $1,000 security deposit (fully refunded if no damage to barn, décor, or property)
  • Event insurance required 30 days before your wedding day

Contract Terms
Pricing is based on the date your contract is signed, not the tour date, since many couples visit weeks or months before they book.
